After inspection, items are securely packaged using protective packaging materials to help prevent damage during transit. Your order is then handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners for delivery.
If there is an issue reaching the provided shipping address or arranging delivery, the carrier may contact you directly to resolve the matter.

Shipping Fees
Isabelles Boutique offers free domestic shipping within the United States.
Address Changes
Customers may request a shipping address change by contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed, the shipping address can no longer be changed. The earliest of these conditions applies.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct and complete.
Shipping Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.
Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Policy for Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To process your request, we may ask for photographic evidence of the damaged package or products.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or store credit for items confirmed to have been damaged during transit.
